We are proud to show you this report of a meaningful working day in our company, as we welcomed a delegation of thirty customers from various cities in Japan on an exclusive visit to our company. It was a busy and intense day, which started at the Hotel President in Correggio, where we welcomed our guests for a business presentation in two languages (English – Japanese) and provided them with educational and informative material concerning our products.
The day continued at the IgUtensili production plant where we created a space for practical demonstrations, in order to illustrate the processing of our products directly on the machines. The demonstration was accompanied by a presentation on a wide screen, to ease the view of the details of the machine programs and all the parameters necessary for the operations.
In addition, a video camera was installed to project the operations in real time, so that all participants could view the work. Finally, we carried out the control and verification operations, using certified gauges.
We finished off the day, once more at the Hotel President, for the final reports and an interesting Q&A session.
